Companion application fees, if charged, cover onboarding and verification processing. Approval is never guaranteed by payment.

During the MVP, payment for the companion experience itself is coordinated by our team. Refundability of application fees and experience fees will be finalized with counsel before launch.
If a payment is taken in error, contact us with the payment reference and we will review it.
